More than an exhibition, a window on the world!

At the heart of the Congress lies the exhibition, a display of tangible initiatives, technology and innovation in winter road maintenance. Decision-makers, business leaders, and community and international organization representatives seeking concrete initiatives will come from all continents to meet exhibitors who will seize the opportunity to highlight their know-how.

A lively and original meeting place

The exhibit will surely be host to an impressive number of visitors. Enhanced by the presence of the always impressive national pavilions, the exhibit hall will host many of the Congress’ features and activities: opening of the national pavilions, vehicle demonstration area, coffee breaks, Internet Café, lunches and rest areas. In keeping with the Congress theme, the hall will be equipped with visual aids to help visitor traffic while raising awareness to the challenges faced by stakeholders. The Open House on February 9, 2010 is expected to welcome even more visitors and maximize the prospects for this meeting, and is sure to be highlight of the exhibition. Everything has been set up to foster profitable relationships.

A spacious exhibit hall

Combining modernity and comfort, the Québec City Convention Centre is an internationally renowned meeting place, known for the quality and comfort of its facilities. It is located at the heart of an exceptional urban setting.

Around ten national pavilions representing various countries will be attending the exhibition so as to enable member road authorities of the World Road Association (PIARC) and businesses to build business partnerships.
These organizations include:

Manufacturers, suppliers and distributors of winter road equipment
Winter product and material suppliers
Consultants and specialists in winter road maintenance
Road construction companies
Businesses specialized in intelligent transportation systems
Winter road technical associations
Government agencies

Exhibitors will have an exclusive opportunity to showcase their equipment in action during the equipment demonstrations to be held on Wednesday, February 10, 2010, in the afternoon, on the occasion of the first international snowplow championship.

* Passes include access to the exhibit for the duration of the Congress, participant case (delegate guide, exhibit guide and other documents), the right to attend the opening ceremony, dignitary meetings, and Thursday’s closing ceremony (Thrusday’s lunch included), shuttles to and from the international snowplow championship and equipment demonstrations on Wednesday afternoon, free Internet access at the Internet café, free breakfast from 7.30 to 8.30 AM, free coffee breaks from 10 AM to 3 PM, lunch services in the exhibit hall on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Space only: $417 CDN per sq. m ($37.50 CDN per sq. ft.), tax included
Space in the vehicle demonstration area: $278 CDN per sq. m ($25 CDN per sq. ft.), tax included
Fully-equipped stand supplement: $84 CDN per sq. m duty free ($7.50 CDN per sq. ft.)

Payment

50 % down payment with the space and service leasing contract
50 % payment before or on October 1, 2009
Payments must be made by cheque, in Canadian dollars, by credit card (Visa, MasterCard), or by bank transfer.
