Accreditation
Media representatives (journalists and technicians) who wish to participate in the XIII International Winter Road Congress must be accredited. To obtain accreditation, they must complete the media accreditation form.
Moreover, they must present a press id card on site or a letter written by the manager of a recognized media organization confirming their assignment.

Technical Visits
Members of the press can choose from the following five technical visits:
Wednesday, February 10, in the morning*:
Centre intégré de gestion de la circulation de Québec (Québec integrated traffic management centre)
The city of Québec snow-melting facility
Québec-Lévis ferry crossing
Wednesday, February 10, in the afternoon*:
Ministère des Transports Québec Service Centre
Management of Lévis waste snow disposal facilities
* The exact time of the visits will be specified soon.
Press Room
A press room will be set up at the Québec City Convention Centre for the duration of the Congress.
Accommodation
Rooms have been reserved at hotels near the Québec City Convention Centre. All information may be found in the Accommodation section.
Transportation
Congress participants benefit from an airfare discount. For further information, please consult the Transportation section.
